The University of Calicut is the largest in Kerala in terms of the affiliated colleges, degrees awarded, and expanse. The university came into existence in the year 1968.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kannur University was created in 1996 by a law passed by the Kerala government. Before that, it was called “Malabar University,” established in 1995 by a special order from the Governor of Kerala. Two colleges, Wadihuda Institute of Research and Advanced Studies, and Don Bosco Arts & Science College, Angadikkadavu, are linked with Kannur University to provide the MSc Clinical\/Counselling Psychology course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
